Our cooking classes take place mainly in springtime and fall at Azienda Masseria Eliseo.
In our large and fully equipped kitchen, each student has their own position and cooking utensils.
During the cooking class typical recipes of our area, including hand made pasta and bread, will be taught.
A visit to a cheesemaking cooperative to see how the mozzarella is made is also included.
We also organize guided tours throughout the region to visit wine cellars and old oil mills. |
